Renovation Update

We are currently undergoing phase III of our 2nd floor Health Center renovation project. Visitors to our campus are being re-directed as follows:

Visitors wishing to access the 2nd floor Health Center or who would like to take a resident from Health Center to another area of the building are asked to:

1. Use the South Wing entrance.

2. The South Wing elevator has been modified to allow access to the basement without use of an access card/fob; this is to allow visitors to take Health Center residents to the café via the basement and using the elevator just past Stair 9 in the hall to housekeeping/maintenance; note the doors through Stair 9 tower have been permanently fitted with hold-open magnets so visitors can just walk or wheel residents through the door opening; this will remain after construction is completed to afford the same ease of movement/travel to staff.

3. If you come in the main entrance off of Lemon Street, take the elevator to the basement and then follow the directional "way finding" signage that has been strategically posted throughout the basement to guide visitors to the 2nd floor and for residents who wish to access the café in McCloud Campus Center.

Kitchen Angels for Sale

The Health Center Giving Back Group has been busy making Kitchen Angels. The Angels will be sold for $5.00 each, with all profits going to the Lititz Community for various programs in need. Health Center Residents will have their sales table set up in Woodside Area from 1:30 - 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 4. Angel orders will be available for pick up the same day. No additional orders will be taken. The final sale of Kitchen Angels will be available in the Cafe on Friday, November 12 from 11:30 - 1:00 p.m.

Christmas is Coming!

Stay tuned for details about special events and decorating. Looking for volunteers to make evergreen swags and assemble the annual Christmas Village display in the café. Sign up sheets will be on the Community Life bulletin board.
