LEADERSHIP

A Message from the President/CEO

The Manor's Board has been intensely developing an exciting new strategic plan for the Manor's future. At the heart of the plan is a new vision statement- to be a unique community within a community that excels at anticipating and accommodating the changing lifestyles, expectations, and needs of the people we serve. The plan outlines three strategic focus areas:

Growth and Expansion - to ensure long term success and financial stability, expand the number of people we serve and the serving offerings. Goals include improving nursing accommodations with a new nursing wing; conducting research to determine consumer interest in additional cottages or apartments; and exploring possible service offerings to Lititz-area seniors still living in their own homes.

Being a "Leading-Edge" Organization - Continue to be among the area's leading providers of senior services. Being a "leading edge" organization means we strive to use the latest innovations and technologies in the field of aging that have proven successful, and improve efficiency and productivity while also improving resident quality of life.

Being "A community within a community" - As a retirement community located within the community of Lititz, there are unique opportunities to benefit Manor residents, staff, neighbors and local. The board wants to be more deliberate in developing new relationships with neighbors, and in working toward enhancing the quality of life for everyone.
