in Manor West:
Offers five levels of care to individuals, including memory care, who could need some varying level of assistance during their day. Support is provided for everyday activities such as bathing, grooming, eating, dressing, and medication administration.
Memory Health Care
in the Herrnhut Community:
Provides care for individuals with early- to late-stages of memory loss, dementia, and Alzheimer’s disease. Our memory support health care is for those who require skilled nursing care in a secured area surrounded by staff trained in the needs of memory support .
in the Health Center:
Provides short term rehab and long-term care to individuals who are in need of round the clock nursing care. Care levels include rehabilitation, traditional skilled nursing care, sub-acute services, and hospice care.
